Round 7 Wilkie - SilverMaple and Brittany

This lot should be a breeze compared to the last one just played.  And joy of joys...looks like a new little one is on the way!  Let's get reacquainted!

Popularity / Romance - Wants to be a Rock God

This is the YA Sorority girl.  She popped out of the wishing well for her husband, plantsim Silver Maple when he was looking for a quick bride.  Brittany is perm plat, having earned 20 best friends.  Her wishes will not be fulfilled unless she rolls woohoo.  She is 8 days to ageing to sexy senior.

Fortune / Family - Have 5 Top Level Businesses

Silver Maple isn't perm plat as far as ASimWen can tell.  Did not say in the last play of this lot in December of 2016 whether or not he was; that was a very difficult play, which I will explain in the last play summary below.  His first wishes:  Hustle pool, sell a masterpiece, earn some money, and be friends with his sister Sharon from the PlantSim Ranch, just played.  One of Leo Wilkie's plantsim kids.

Knowledge - Become a Criminal Mastermind

She was the only child for most of her life, but will be getting a new brother or sister any day.  Her name has been Bertha until this age, but ASimWen just realized there is another Bertha in the neighborhood, so SimPE was brought up to change her name to Ricki.  She looks like a Ricki.  She ages up in 11 days if she opts not to go to University, which will be unusual if she does not.  She is a Knowledge Sim after all.  She is already in Private School.  Her first wishes:  Get a puppy or kitten, get a puppy, go to Uni and sneak out with Arthur Tellerman.

Arthur is Lucy (Burb) Tellerman's son.  He is a Romance Sim.  Probably not a good match for Ricki.

And there are two pups...Pumpkin and Raspberry who according to last entry are due to deliver puppies this round.

Speaking of last round, what happened???  Well, that entry is very fragmented.  It was hung in limbo while ASimWen dealt with real life.  If you want to know what happened to me 2.5 years ago, go read that entry.  Erm.  Now...didn't play last round well, took very few pictures.  Just wanted to finish it and move on.  But that is all in the past...let's play the Wilkies this round and have fun!

Firstly, Silver Maple fulfilled his wish to make friends with his sister, Sharon.  Woot.  That was replaced with give Pumpkin the doggo a bath, and a couple of Fortune Sim "buy me" wishes.  Well, he thought it  more important to give the stinky dog a bath, might spin up something else after that. He did roll something else.  Wash the other dog, Raspberry.  And so it was...then had to do it...just had to...buy two of those things...and his five wishes done.

Ricki came home from school and within minutes had one of her wishes fulfilled...get a puppy.  This is Wesley.  Wes will be sent right to Animal Control.

Then....her little sister Isabel was born.

Aww isnt' she a cutie patooty.  She looks like her mom.

Silver Maple was estatic.  Good thing Isabel didn't look like her dad.

In the meanwhile ASimWen didn't like Ricki's wishes and sent her out to Sims Gone Wired.  She still wanted to get a puppy (again) and could not wait until the new batch is born.  Once at Sims Gone Wired, she rolled only one thing that could be done quickly.  Play chess.  (BTW, she also wanted to go to uni and teach Raspberry a command.  Ugh).

And so it was.  That was replaced with see a wolf, or get a kitten.  Nope, she won't be rolling any skill wishes because she maxed them last round by drinking eggplant juice, which was made with eggplants grown by her dad.  Aaaaand...her wishes didn't shake up when she got home.  Unless a wolf came strolling by she was screwed.

And one did....this wolf is named Princess Margaret.  Yes, after Her Royal Highness.  (Queen Elizabeth's sister)  ASimWen renamed a few of the neighborhood animal NPCs after the royal family.

Silver Maple started the day by selling a masterpiece.

Ha.  Bad aesthetics on this picture.  But at any rate he then started throwing wishes for the pets.  Buy a pet bed.  (done).  Then he wished for the dogs to get jobs.  Not unusual, being a Fortune Sim.  But no can do, Silver.  They are breeders for the neighborhood pet pool.  Back to the easel to paint another masterpiece.  And paint he did.

Ricki's wishes: Buy a hand held game, play marco polo, play computer gae, and talk about hobbies.  Weeelllll now.  Let's lock in play comptuer game, and go off to mom and talk about hobbies.  Then it was off to school.

Yup.  So for the balance of this chapter, we will just assume Silver Maple is painting up wishes.

Normally ASimWen loves loves loves to play Knowledge Sims because they are easy.  But not when they have all their skills already and playing wishes.  Was avoiding buying the hand held game. but could no longer.  OKAY Ricki.

Caved and let her begin teaching Raspberry a command.

*Sigh*  Took until after nightfall.  I am guessing this makes sense because Knowledge Sims always want people to learn things.  Why would it be different for the pets?

Next up was a University related wish.  Win XYZ scholarship.  The Visual Arts one.  Go you, Ricki!  She is def going to Uni.

Wednesday

Wednesday was special, as Brittany had been checking the computer every day for her dream job in music.  It came up.

Quite a change from being a celebrity chef!  She was very excited!

Ricki rolled out of bed wanting to play marco polo (ugh), play a computer game, play a video game, and play chess.  What the heck is it with all the game playing.

The chess was played, to be replaced with get A + report card, and go to Uni.  *sigh*  Then it was off to school.

After school, Ricki brought Alice Wolosenko home with her.

Alice ran right to the stereo to dance.  Just like she did at home all the time.  heh

Ricki's wishes were get hobby plaque in gaming, win a gaming competition, buy a game worth $2,000, and go to Uni.  Finally ASimWen thought to check Ricki's preferred hobby. Yup.  Gaming.  No wonder.  So it was some chess....then it was Isabel's birthday.

Isabel's wishes:  Be played with by both mom and dad, and learn to potty and walk.  Easy.

Silver Maple's wishes shook up big time upon Isabel's growing up:  Have a baby, sell a masterpeice, and Isabel learns to walk and potty.  All thoughts of the pets getting jobs left him as he figured it wasn't gonna happen.  Although he did fulfill two pet wishes a little earlier:

He threw wishes to play with each one.

Toddlers are so easy.

OOOhhh Ricki giving Alice a taste of her own medicine...noogie!  Well let's check.  Yup, only one nice point.  Must be passed from the PlantSim parent.

Learn to walk, check.  Easy to do all this in one session during Autum using smart milk and thinking caps

Thursday

Since Silver Maple doesn't sleep, his wishes shake up very little.  He still wants another baby, sell a masterpiece, new:  teach Isabel a nursery rhyme, and buy a high chair.  So this lead ASimWen to think.  Really did not like playing him as a Fortune Sim due to the LTW of Own 5 Top Level Businesses of which there was no intention of fulfilling.  The guy never sleeps.  Ugh.  So this:

Knowledge - Max Out 7 Skills

Will take the penalty in the Prosperity Challenge.  New wishes:  See a wolf, teach Isabel a nursery rhyme, buy a bass, and command Raspberry to come here.

Ricki's wishes:   Play marco polo *sigh* blog about games, play computer game, and get A+.

Blog about games, done.  Then it was time to go to school.

Isabel - all the toddler wishes:  Be tickled and played with by dad and same with mom.  Easy peasy.  Checking Isabel's personality, she also has just one nice point.

Silver Maple realizes his wish to teach Isabel a nursery rhyme, and Isable gained a charisma point.
Woo.

This forced a spin of his wishes, and true to a Knowledge Sim, he wanted to skill.  Cleaning it is!  And he kept spinning them.  Good show!

Now that Brittany was in a new career, she needed lots of skills.  Time to use up some of that eggplant juice....

Friday

What did the newly reprogrammed Silver Maple wish for?  See a wolf, get cleaning 10, and buy a drum kit and a bass.

Ricki - Get the gaming hobby plaque, marco polo, blog about games and play computer game.

Isabel - Be played with/tickled by her dad, get mechanical 8, and be played with by her mom.

Isabel was ecstatic getting some play time with dad, then he retired to the library to get that cleaning 10.  Replaced with pet wishes.

Ricki knocked out blogging games, which was replace with get an A+.  Went to school.  Upon returning home from school of her own accord, hopped on the computer to play games.

**BINGO**

Her wishes now stood as:  marco polo, blog about games, Rasberry learns a command, and play video games.  Hm.  ASimWen thinks it is time to take her swimming.  Marco Polo locked in.

Alrighty then.  The neighborhood swimming pool became a magnet for all sorts of Sims.  Angela (Pleasant) Broke showed up and Ricki asked her to play Marco Polo.  Apparently she was showing the want.  Good show!  Ricki's wish for University returned.  Sad to think a University education for Ricki depended upon whether or not she could go swimming 

Another puppy was born...his name Amos.  Immediately sent off to the pet pool, and another puppy is on the way. Sure wish the dogs would have two at least, instead of just one.

Saturday

Saturday Ricki headed out to the Recreation Center to see what was going on.  Not much.  None of
her friends were there, but she did beat the pants off a couple of Sims at darts.  Yep, games.

Ricki fulfilled wishes for a bass and drum set (will be sold back) and play with Raspberry and Pumpkin. Then she helped...

Isabel to cake up.  Growing up well fulfilled a nice wish for her, after all the toddler wishes fulfilled for the day as well.

Ol' Silver Maple threw a slew of wishes to do things with the dogs, then finally decided he wanted mechanical and body points.  But not before he worked the garden some.  Eggplants were ready to harvest, and Brittany needed them.

Sunday

And so the pet wishes poured into Isabel's want slot with a vengeance.  5 wishes in first thing.

This was a special day for Ricki,

Off to University.  Isabel was the only one to see her off.  Mom was in the energizer getting ready to go to work, and dad was skilling.  See you in Uni, Ricki!

Speaking of mom, Brittany had her grow up day right before her ride to work came.  Hey looky at that.  Her winter coat matches her hair, pretty silver.

And returning home in the wee hours Monday morning, Brittany promotes up to Concert Pianist in the music career.  It has been very easy for her to promote up what with eggplants and all.

And this visit is ended with a gratuitous picture of...

Silver Maple skilling.  As Knowledge Sims are want to do.  After changing aspiration to Knowledge, all Silver wanted to do was skill and do things with the pets.  Good show!

Isabel ending wishes:  Get A+, get creativity 7, and play with Raspberry and command Raspberry to play dead.

Silver Maple:  Get Mechanical 7, Isabel gets into Private School, command Raspberry to play dead and come here.

So there are four lots left in this round plus University.  Next lot is Charles and Frannie Broke.  Charles is Brandi's baby born after Skip's death.
