Round 7 Pleasantview University Part I

Hey everyone!  It is time for a rock and rollin' adventure at University!  Wow, six kids!  Well it won't be so bad!  Four of them will graduate this play to be seen back in the hood next round.  So who do we have here?

Arthur Tellerman

Romance - Wants to be a Celebrity Chef

Arthur is a Freshman.  Branny  new!  He was quite the romancer back in the hood, was always handy to show up and date the girls!  His mom and pop is Lucy (Burb) Tellerman and Komie Tellerman.  Looks sorta like grandpa John Burb, except a slight heaviness to the facial features.  Thank you daddy Komie.  It was odd this Romance Sim kept the Uni want nearly all the time!  So here he is!

Ricki Wilkie

Knowledge - Wants to be a Criminal Mastermind

Also new to the college scene.  Mom and pop are Brittany (Upsnot) Wilkie, and PlantSim SilverMaple Wilkie.  Double whammy of slender face genetics!

George McCarthy

Fortune - Become a Business Tycoon

ASimWen sent George to Uni on a lark, as she had never played him before.  He and Ida Burb were an item as teens, and ASim wanted to see if the romance would carry over to University, and it did!  he and Ida are engaged to be married.  George will graduate this play.

Harry Burb

Knowledge - Become Chief of Staff

John and Jennifer's son wants to grow up to be a doctor.  Dr. Burb.  He is Ida's twin, and will soon gain a brother in law in George McCarthy.  Harry will graduate this play.

Henry Goth

Knowledge - Become Education Minister

Genetics were not kind to Henry.  He is the heir to the Goth Mansion, and will move in with William Dreamer, Cassie's son with Darren Dreamer, when he graduates this play.  His parents are Alexander Goth and Daisy, (townie from Twiki Island).

Ida Burb

Family - Reach Golden Anniversary

And last but not least, Harry's twin and George's fiancee.  At least her LTW is not neighborhood bloating like marry off six kids, or raise 20 pets.

First Wishes

Arthur Tellerman - Flirt, and all for Harry Burb - be friends with, talk to, and dance with.

George McCarthy - For fiancee Ida - flirt with and give backrub to, buy a vacation home, buy a game worth $600, and  buy a bubble blower.

Dr. Harry Burb - Margaret Caliente goes to University, go swimming, get a skill point, call someone and chat online.

Henry Goth - Praise cat Jessica Goth, max all skills, exercise, go swimming, and hustle pool.

Ida Burb - be friends with Riki Wilkie, have a party, buy a piano, meet someone new, and talk to fiancee George.

Ricki Wilkie - Become a witch, do term paper, do homework, and do research.

1st Semester, Day One

Opening the lot it was 8 pm.  Ricki immediately decided a makeover was in order, and headed right to the mirror.

Ricki Wilkie


She looked good, and really liked the makeover.

She spend much of her first day talking.  To everyone. As she threw wishes to make friends with Ida, and Arthur.  Which was done.  After going to class, she threw a wish to write her term paper.  Her five wishes were managed.

Arthur Tellerman / Harry Burb

Like Ricki, Arthur wanted to make friends.  Here he and (Dr.) Harry Burb have a long chat hanging out.  They were friends in no time.

ASimWen got rid of the band instruments shown in this picture.  The fun factor on these are entirely too high with Sims running to them instead of eating or taking a shower.

Talking about hobbies...yes to both!  Absolutely!

George McCarthy / Ida Burb

Love love love this couple.  George had thrown a wish for skills.  Upon getting one, he wanted to spend time with Ida.

Completing a wish to play games.  Go you, George!

Henry Goth

Not sure what Henry did?  Didn't get any pictures.

At this point ASimWen realized it would probably be better to mark down when wishes are fulfilled to prevent losing count.  It would be more likely to work wishes in for everyone.   The first day was very difficult We'll see how it goes!

1st Semester, DayTwo

Arthur Tellerman

Art had nothing that could be fulfilled except get a skill point.  Wha?  all he needed was Mechanical eight and nine.  So he sat down and got to work on it the long hard way.  By reading about it.  But eventually it was time to go to class.  When he came out of class he wanted to do homework, then spun up his major.

Psychology

Making friends with professors are always a good idea.....

As well as serving up and eating salmon.  Back in the hood as a teen Arthur always wanted to serve food.  It is no different in University.  After all was said and done, Art threw "Ask Sim On Date" which was locked in for the next day.

George McCarthy

George threw a slew of wants for creativity skills and wanted to purchase instruments.  And so it was!  Done!

Harry Burb

Playing Games

 

Amongst other things, Dr. Harry Burb wanted to do a lot of activities related to playing games.  Blog about them, talk about them and play them.  Go you, Doc!  By the day's end Harry rolled the wish to get the Science hobby plaque, so it was locked in and he began stargazing.

Henry Goth

Henry was a dancing fool, having spent most of his time the day before on the dance bar.  He and Ida both share the dancing hobby....dancing together....

And doing lone smustle dancing.  Things went much better for Henry on this day.

Ida Burb

Besides dancing Ida...

Got Fit....(and stinky)

And like back in the hood, wanted to serve food.  The dorm fridge is getting filled up with lots of leftovers!

Ricki Wilkie

Ricki wanted someone to clean the dorm bad...so she influenced La Shawn Barakat to do it.  This during the maid's visit. 

Ricki had held a wish to become a witch..not unusual since she held the Knowledge aspiration.  It stuck around the next day, so ASimWen locked it in.

Ricki called her good friend, Brooke Maza, the Infallibly Good Witch to come over.  The two solidified their friendship, but the option didn't come up.  Try again another day.  Plus, Ricki wanted a drum set which was purchased and stashed in her backpack.

Sometimes ASimWen thinks it was a bad idea to take all the instruments out of the dorm, everyone constantly wishes for them to be there again.

Day Three

Arthur Tellerman

Arthur had rolled "Ask Sim On Date" yesterday.  A quick check of his little black book revealed he had a three bolt attraction to Emma Copur, daughter of Don Lothario.  She had just moved out of her parent's house and into her own apartment this round.

Pleasure - Have 50 Dream Dates

After the Make Out move...the date was Dream for Emma's LTW, and Art rolled "woohoo in bed"  That was locked in to do tomorrow.  Five wishes done.  And, Art is showing a fear of getting engaged to Emma. 

George McCarthy 

George wanted to eat a hamburger.  Yup.  Had to cook it himself, the cook had not arrived for work yet.  But this was after he talked about gaming, played a game on the computer, then again on the console.  His five wishes were in even before sun up.

(Doc) Harry Burb

Midnight clicked over, and Harry won the hobby plaque in science.  woo.  ASim realized it wasn't his first time getting the plaque...Hit the energizer, then ASim checked his wishes:

He wanted to flirt and give backrubs to a couple of women...haha...and then *sigh* buy a bass.  Come on Harry...you are a knowledge Sim, what is with all the romance wishes?  *checks calendar, is it spring?  Nope.  It is autumn* The bass was purchased and stashed into the backpack only to be replaced by have a party.  Alright.  It will have to wait, as no one is going to come at 2 am.

Later - ASim can't remember what Harry did to finish up his wishes for the day, but they spun when he came back from class.   He got all 5 in.

Henry Goth

Henry continued with the dance related wishes....

Ida Burb

Ida maxed body...fulfilling a huge wish for her.  Now to go shower....

She then ran a gamut of wishes for George.  Flirt with, dance with, ect.  Wishes done.

Ricki Wilki

Ran a streak of gaming wishes...blog about, play, talk about hobby.  She called the Good Witch again to see if she could learn the ways of Light.  The Brooke came over but the friendship level still was not high enough.  Tomorrow was another day!

Final Exam was a huge success.  Everyone returned in this cluster and a couple of them threw a wish but didn't see who.  Probably pass exam?  I don't know?  For some reason Henry is super angry with George, Ricki and Arthur.  The anger is almost over, but did not figure that out.

Semeseter 2, Day 1

Arthur Tellerman

Arthur rolled Ask Sim on Date again, and called up Emma to help her out with her LTW of 50 Dream Dates.

 Emma's dream date ended with Arthur's wish for woohoo! It worked out for everyone all around.  More than 5 wishes in for Art.

George McCarthy

George ran the usual gaming wishes, then lo and behold, flipped up Do Term Paper.  And so it was~!  Woohoo!

(Dr) Harry Burb

Talk about gaming hobbies, and all things gaming!  Whew!

Henry Goth

Henry actually rolled normal type wishes.  Dance smustle, talk about hobby, worked five in.

Ida Burb

Ida threw a bunch of fitness related wishes (hike, workout on machine, ect) but chose to talk about hobbies first with George.  This in turn changed everything to George related wishes.  Talk to, appreciate, tell joke to, ect.  And so it was.  5 wishes done.

Ricki Wilkie

Gaming related wishes.  Dang.  Got a bunch of gamers here this round.  Did not call the witch over, gonna give some time for the lifetime score to rise a little.

Day 2

Arthur Tellerman

It was an Emma Copur day again.  When Art first arose, he was not showing the wish to ask a Sim on a date.  He wanted to meet someone new....so he was sent to the computer to chat up a new person he didn't know.  After that he wanted to date.  Ran it up to Dream Date to help Emma with her LTW.

George McCarthy

Talk about hobby...both he and Harry...of course they talked about games.  This started George on gaming wishes.  Blog about, play chess, ect.....

(Dr) Harry Burb

A knowledge Sim who is not maxed out on skills, and autumn season makes for easy wishes points.  Studying up on cleaning here.  Wanted a cleaning skill point + get a skill point twice, wishes done.  And look, there is buddy George getting in his gaming.  :)

Henry Goth

Upon rising, Henry wanted to blog about music and dance...and so it was!

Then he joined the 'I wanna serve food to the entire dorm' crowd and put out bowls of cereal for everyone.  Then it was back to music.  Play piano, smustle dance, ect. 

Ida Burb

Ida talked to Ricki about hobbies, then being a family Sim who loves to make friends, she threw all sorts of wishes to do things with Ricki.  Entertain, talk to, ect.  

Ricki Wilkie

Gaming.  Need I say more?  She threw a wish to see ghost of Emma.  ??  Checked out her relationship with Emma.  -95  Wooo.  Noteable is she also feels the same way about Emma's main squeeze. Arthur Tellerman.  ASim went back and read her own blog.  Art had been a visitor to Rickie's house as a teen, but they never dated.

Further checking out Rickie's memories:

That third row, the break up symbol, first column.  That is "Got caught cheating by Henry".  ???  Right before that, she was on a date with Arthur. Sooo....Henry has been in Uni since last round, so this means this would have had to happen upon Ricki's arrival to University, could not have happened when Rickie and Art were teens.  This would explain why Henry was mad at her and Art when everyone came back from Final Exam. But the problem is Ricki and Art didn't date at least I don't remember having them date.  I think I would have made note of it!  And Ricki never dated Henry in the past, even as a teen.

The two lip symbols are "first kiss with Arthur, ect."   Then a date with Authur.  ??  The ghost is "See ghost of Noelle" who is cheerleader that haunts the dorm.  Moving up to the top row...got caught Arthur cheating.  Hm.  Checked out Arthur and Henry's memories and they all have them too.  How could I have missed drama like that????  Dang. Would have loved to get the pictures!

She cried over this guy.  Forget about him Ricki.  He is not a good match for you.  Why don't you call Brooke?

Brooke came right over and agreed to teach Ricki the ways of light.

Darn that YA.  ASimWen was taking a video of the transformation and that YA walked right into the middle of it, ruining the shot.  At any rate, here is the newest witch in Pleasantview, Ricki Wilkie, the Infallibly Good Witch.  Arthur immediately threw a wish that Ricki would be cured of being a witch. See? I guess he still cares about her.

During all the dating, cheating and witchy drama, ASimWen managed to catch:

All Henry's study of Music and Dance paid off.  He earned the hobby plaque fulfilling a huge wish for him that had been locked in for a couple of days.  Go you, Henry!

Day 3

Arthur Tellerman

Hullo Emma!  Ask Sim on Date for Arthur...5 wishes fulfilled...and another Dream Date for Emma.  Good deal.  It should be noted that Emma keeps rolling wishes to fall in love with Eddie Dreamer, alien son of Nichole Dreamer.  Neither she or Art are showing any indiation of commitment.

George McCarthy

So how many different pictures can I put of of George doing game related things?  He only worked in a couple, then spun up "Get On Deans List".  Locked in. 

Harry Burb

Great action shot....pesky cheerleader....

Harry continued skilling up for wishes....oh hey looky.  There is the cheerleader cheering Harry on. Once this wish was fulfilled, he immediately wished for more skills, and of course to become a warlock.  Hmmm.

Henry Goth

Henry continued rolling the music related wishes.  Talk about it...dance with someone, and do the smustle.  This also fulfilled a wish for Ida to dance with someone. 

Ida Burb

Besides dancing Ida wanted...to work out on a machine, to go hiking, she took her man George along with her.  Also wanted to play with/talk to the newest witch on the block, Ricki Wilkie, the Infallibly Good Witch.  And so it was!

Ricki Wilkie

Ricki rolled blog about games...then to do a witchy spell.  :)  She did this one.  I love it.  Took her three tries.  Then after coming back from final exam, she rolled talk about hobbies, and do term paper.

A note here:  everytime a witch rolls a wish to do a spell, it musts be done!  :)

Final Exam

It's nice that everyone is going at the same time.  George got on the Deans List.  He was happy.  Ricki rode her broom to sit for the exam.

This ends University Part I.

Part II  will see George, Harry, Henry, and Ida graduate.

Arthur won gym membership

Henry is starting to stalk Arthur, still mad at him for messin' around with Ricki... (which ASimWen doesn't remember happening!)  The boys are now enemies.
