Yay! Uni again! Wowzers looks like a full house! Having this number of Sims in college means that they kept a wish to go for most of their teen life. So here they are! In order of age/graduation!

Arthur is now a junior. He was quite the romancer back in the hood, was always handy to show up and date the girls! Looks sorta like grandpa John Burb, except a slight heaviness to the facial features. Thank you daddy Komie. It was odd this Romance Sim kept the Uni want nearly all the time! So here he is! The last time Arthur was seen he was helping Emma Copur along with her LTW of 50 Dream Dates, and became daddy to their daughter Serenity. Upon graduation this round, Arthur will be moving in with Emma and Serenity.
First wishes: All for Skip Broke: Be friends with, talk to, and dance with. Talk to Betty Broke, and woohoo 3 Sims. Fears: Have bad conversations with Skip and Betty, and be rejected for dance from Skip. Hmmmm. Possibilities here.

Ricki started Uni the same time Arthur did, she is a junior. Hope to see her witchiness develop out during the rest of her Uni adventure. The last time we saw Ricki, she had become engaged to Henry Goth, heir to the moldy Goth Mansion. Upon graduation this round, Ricki will move in with Henry. Wont it be fun having a witch in Goth Manor!
First wishes: Work out, go swimming, be friends with Betty and Skip, and do term paper. Fears: Brooke is cured of witchiness, and doggies Raspberry and Pumpkin is sprayed by a skunk.

New to University is the first of four new kids..Betty Broke, named after her great-granny. Poor Betty wants 6 grandchildren but so far has no found a man to settle down with. ASimWen is thinking Albert Goth, son of Alexander. (He is the one on the far left in the hardhat). Albert is also a Family Sim but is already out in the world working hard to make $$$ to raise the brood Betty wants. Back home as a teen, Betty could always be found helping to care for her younger siblings, especially after her dad got abducted and had twins.
First wishes: Flirt, be friends with Ricki, and sisters Bobbi and Bessie go to Uni. Fears: Sheldon becomes a warlock or dies, and be rejected for flirt.

Other than the red hair Minnie looks more like her dad, rather than a Pleasant. Minnie only has a brother, Clarence (Clare), both of them being raised by single mother Lilith in the Pleasant homestead. Their father Neal has been a constant in their lives dropping out of Uni to move to Pleasantview to be close to them. Minnie has a terrible crush on Albert Goth's twin brother Fred. He is in the red sweater to the right. I see nuptials between the two in the future that is if they roll it. Fred is Romance and also wants to work in Culinary like Minnie.
First wishes: Flirt, join a study group, go to class, and join greekhouse. Fears: be rejected for flirt, death of Fred Goth, and kitty Neville is sprayed by a skunk.

Of course being a Knowledge Sim Sammy kept the want to go to University. He must be majoring in the Arts! No potential wife lined up for him yet, so he may just get an apartment or move in with a bud as a roomate. Not sure yet how that is going to pan out when he graduates in round 9. Sammy is half brother to Eddie Dreamer.
First wishes: Join a study group, go to class, do homework, and write term paper. Fears: kitty Andy Goth is sprayed, become a warlock, and townie Cassidy dies.

Skip is Betty Broke's cousin. Like Sammy, Skip has not shown any interest in settling down. Being a Fortune Sim, it was a shoo in that he would go to University. His father and mother were such prolific breeders (having had 5 children) it is assumed one of the others will carry on the line.
First wishes: study with someone, go to class, do homework and twin brother Bob goes to University. Fears: doggie Myrna Maxis is sprayed, kitty Andy Goth is sprayed, and be rejected for very first kiss.
Ok! So let's get started with this University play! Wishes/fears I wanted to try to get are locked in on each Sim. It is 6:45 in the morning, so there is all day to accomplish. However everyone is in platinum mood, so no wishes will be fulfilled at first.
There was a brawl going on in front of the dorm. ASimWen remembers this from Round 7...whilst those who graduated where aging up and moving out, this was going on. Now this is interesting, Ricki is beating up a YA Townie. Hmmm..
Rooms were assigned, and wants/fears taken note.
Those who wanted to study....studied together, fulfilling an easy wish.
Arthur Tellerman managed to get both a wish/fear fulfilled on the dance floor. heh Looks like he came out ahead though.
Whaaaaat again? Ricki is beating up this poor YA again. She stopped studying her spell book to do it. It seems to make for great entertainment for the rest of the dorm though!
Then on the same day...the very same day, all four of the freshman rolled their wish of major.
History for Betty.... and Business for Sammy.
Minnie wanted Politics, and Skip favored Biology. Needless to say, no more wishes were fulfilled on this day for these guys!

Now all along Ricki seemingly beat up the hapless YA townie.....constantly. But wait, she was a good witch. What was going on here?
Ricki was constantly picked on by the YA. He would approach her and POKE, irritating her into a fight. Sad! So Ricki hopped on her broom to go visit her mentor to get some clues.
She visited the witches castle and had an nice long conversation with the head witch about the YA. Received some reagents as she had not had time to make all she needed to keep spell casting. She felt better.
In the meanwhile, it was extremely easy to keep Arthur Tellerman's wishes up. When he wasn't dancing in front of the stereo, he was wishing to date his fiancee, Emma Copur, and mother of his daughter Serenity. This assisted Emma with her LTW of 50 Dream Dates.
What about Family Sim Betty? She had not wished at all to date or to see Albert, her intended. She wished for things like serve food, talk about hobby, ect. Hmmm something will have to be done.
In the mean while Skip was a gaming machine. He was trying for that hobby plaque! Easy peasy.
Minnie threw a wish to Ask Sim on a Date. She called up the right Sim...Fred Goth, brother to Henry Goth, heir to the Goth Mansion. Both boys are sons of Alexander Goth. Being that neither Fred or Minnie had a date related LTW, they were brought together and left alone...getting wishes in was not a problem. awwwy looky...they fell in love in front of the wishing well, and under the lemon tree. Ohhh is that Henry walking down the sidewalk?
Arthur and Emma were having yet another date...and we see Ricki the Good Witch crying. The YA is stalking away. He had just done something to her. Henry was there to see Ricki...let us not forget they are engaged. Good thing Henry was there to give her comfort.
Minnie Pleasant and Fred Goth are a very handsome couple. Taking pictures in the photo booth, (and some other activities!!!!) They are taking pages out of Arthur and Emma's book of dating!
When Minnie isn't calling to see him, he is asking her out on the town to kiss in front of the fountain, and to have a little fun in the hot tub.
Back to real life....
First semester is over...final exams taken. Everyone went to class in the pajamas! Immediately all set out to get some wishes fulfilled. Talk about hobbies...naturally...
Arthur had a wish to ask a Sim on a date...soooo..... hello Emma! Betty and Skip both had a wish to dance....and off to the right Minnie can be seen fulfilling her wish to date with Fred.
Skip was gifted with a karaoke machine which went right into his backpack and sold back the next day....
It was a banner day for Ricki the Infallibly Good Witch. Not only did she reach the top of Witchy Goodness, but she also finished her term paper. No wishes fulfilled for her for a good while!
Sammy asked this dormie to dance and was turned down flat. He then attempted to set it right by talking about hobbies, which seemed to go over pretty well. Fellow dormie stalking, much???
Not fullfilling a wish, Betty gained admittance to My Muse - Music and dance. All that time at the ballet bar. And she took her turn getting turned down for a dance. This dormie seems to be good for it.
Ricki grabbed the opportunity to make her nemesis disappear....at least for a while anyway. Looks like this had a negative affect on her hard won top rating as a good witch. She will have to study to get back to top rated.
Different day, same....
Minnie threw a wish to Date a Sim. Enter Fred, her intended. So far she has not thrown "get engaged". Who knows, maybe she will be like her mother and never get married. Fred hasn't thrown it either. They were brought together and left alone.
Checking up on them later, ASimWen found them doing Tia-Chi together, and getting the rest of the dorm involved. heh.
Double Date Day! Arthur and Emma had their usual daily date at the dorm. Emma then called Art out again that evening. As always in ASimWen's wishes hood, invites to go out are always honored. Woo looks like a lot of fun! And another dream date under her belt.
Right on the heels of Art and Emma's date out, Fred rang up Minnie to go out. Being that they are an athletic type couple, they headed over to Maple Spring Pool and Spa for some errr....exercise.....
OOoh Benjamin Stompel is acting out the part as a voyeuristic creeper. Remember he left towniedom when he married Countess Kari Oldie.
Upon return to the dorm....Minnie threw a wish to streak? She had just had wishes fulfilled on her date out with Fred, but ASimWen couldn't resist. Don't know that I have ever seen that??? Maybe.
Streaking around the dorm it is! Oh you are being hilarious, Minnie. Love Sims who are uninhibited.
OOh poor Skip Broke. Clearly he is surprised to see a naked Sim. Come on buddy...you have seen the University streaker make the rounds plenty of times.
Minnie finished her streaking adventure, and attention was turned to Betty and Albert. ASimWen was surprised to see Betty and Albert had zero relationship points. ?? No wonder she wasn't throwing wishes for him. She called him up for a date anyway and he came trotting right on over. Ah. There is why ASimWen wants them to get together. 3 bolt relationship. So this will be developed! (yes, the resident cheerleader ghost was haunting. Death by Starvation. She stayed on the ballet barre for days and starved to death.)
Ricki finally threw a panel full of wishes to see Henry and do things with him. Wishes fulfilled! Looks like he wanted to see her too!
Arthur of course dated Emma for the day, but was handy around the dorm to yak it up with others who need to talk about their hobbies or tell jokes.
What were the two single guys up to? Well, they both threw a wish to go fishing. Off Skip and Sammy went to the park and managed to catch a couple. Yes. They went in their pajamas.
Dang what is up with this??? Looks like a reunion of base game townies. Right behind a grown up Ricky Cormier is a grown up Randy London. (Love the "grow up" feature playables have at birthday time!)
Ricky Cormier had called up Arthur for an outing. Now...ASimWen assumed this was to cause trouble. Because both guys had slept with Emma. Ricky and Emma got it on for Emma's birthday years before. Why eles would Ricky just call up Arthur out of the blue?
Well nope, there was no trouble. Everyone headed over to the student union and had a good time playing pool and grabbing a bite to eat.
Back at the dorm everyone sat down for some mac-n-cheese. Whoops...Art missed his final exam. His grade dropped to 3.7. Ooops.
Ricki didn't miss hers. Oh my...doesn't she look bad a$$ in this picture. Ready to take on the world!
The freshmen all returned from final exam as sophomores...and immediately launched into talking about their hobbies fulfilling wishes all around, as Ricki headed off to class.
A stereo was brought outside and some dancing was done....
Then some smustling, for those so inclined.

(Almost) full house, full year at uni, full of activities! I love reading about uni and playing there from time to time, but tend to get bored after a while with the endless round of going to class, writing term papers and so on.

In Betty's introduction, you write "(He is the one on the far left in the hardhat)". I can not see any Sim in a hardhat; which picture do you mean?
In Minnie's intro, it says "He is in the red sweater to the right." Again, I can not see any Sim in a red sweater; which picture?
By the way, Minnie is my favourite Sim in this household!
I am sorry for the confusion. The type in dark blue is a link to a picture so you can see what the story is referring to. :) To realize who I am talking about! I think it helps the reader to understand. I love Minnie...she is so much fun!
DeleteIt’s an action packed round at Uni and it wouldn’t be the same without fellow dormies fighting, I have some that have been going at it since round 1!

I also like it when YA’s roll for their own major, makes it more realistic.
I’ve seen a Sim wish to streak before, they must have to be really outgoing and high perhaps in playful.

Whoo, what a fun update for uni. This was a full house, I know it's not TECHNICALLY, but lots of kids, lots going on. Ricki looks great as a good witch! I have seen a sim wish to streak before, but I don't think I've ever let them. :) What fun.
