Hiya Wilkies!  Lasts time we visited these guys was in May.  Now take a look at the faces of the mum and dad.  These are the genetics that make up this girl:

Brittany popped out of the wishing well for Silver Maple when he was looking for a quick bride.  She is prem plat via career TOCs, so we will only be looking for fears for her.  And naturally they all revolve around her friends or family becoming her enemy:  her daughter Isabel, Frannie Broke, or townie Ericka Charvat.  Highly unlikely any fears for her will get realized unless those shake up somehow.  She is 54.

Does it seem like there are a lot of Plantsims in the neighborhood?  Well there are.  ha. Silver Maple never went to work as he stayed home with the girls.  And, a golden opportunity here since Silver hasn't reached his LTW by turning elder, we are going to try to get him in green aspiration for his birthday.  Right now it doesn't look promising:  worries about the two dogs on the lot Pumpkin and Raspberry getting sprayed by a skunk, and Brittany dying.  Hm.  His wishes:  Become a warlock, or get a job in medicine, science, or oceanography.   We only have a few hours as he will age up before bedtime.

Isabel Wilkie

Isabel is a Risky Woohoo baby, totally unplanned.  She will cake up to teen on Satuday night. Wishes:  Play with, gain creativity 7 and a skill point, and invite someone over.  Fears:  Both the dogs get sprayed by a skunk, and Myrna Maxis gets sprayed.  (Dog she met on another lot).  She is a Scorpio, so she will be a Fortune Sim.

What happened last round?   When the lot is opened Brittany is pregnant with Isabel.  The breeders Raspberry and Pumpkin produced two litters of puppies which contributed 2 puppies to the neighborhood pool.  You read that right.  Only two puppies in two litters.  There is no reason the litter numbers should be that low, we will see what happens this round.  Ricki bugged ASimWen about wanting a hand held game and finally got it...being a knowledge Sim she wanted her dogs to be smart and began teaching them tricks.  The rest of the week was filled with Ricki bringing friends home after school, toddler training for Isabel and the big thing, Silver Maple changing his aspiration from Fortune to Knowledge.  He had no one to help him with 5 top level businesses as a Fortune Sim. (asimwen, cough cough)  Brittany drank up the eggplant juice to get the skills needed for her job in Music, and  Ricki  received the hobby plaque in gaming.  And that's it!

LET'S PLAY!

Right away Sim Blender is installed to see if the dogs are pregnant.  Yes.  Puppies are coming.

They were born almost immediately, and sent off to animal control.  Silver Maple influenced Pumpkin and Raspberry to try again, more pups on the way.

OOhh who left Brittany some money?  So man Sims have passed on lately.  It was Nina.  Didn't realize the friendship was that close!

Silver was in low gold for his birthday.  Must have realized a hidden fear realized because he was in low green after aging up.  Maybe not grow up well?  He is age 54.

While Silver was aging up, Brittany's work carpool pulled up.  Look who came home with her!  It's Silver's neice, Alice Wolosenko.  Her mom Sunflower is Silver's sister.  She just aged up and got a job in Music.

Now this kid Isabel is just like all the other children of PlantSims in the neighborhood.  She is the opposite of nice, meaning there is only one nice point in this child's personality.  However she seems to be pretty nice with her mum.

Her dad Silver Maple has six nice points.  Oh yes...working here on his LTW of max all skills.  He drank seven servings of eggplant juice, that put him one point to realizing his LTW.  Think he will get that last skill point on his Grim Party day so he can pass in platinum.

All 3 of Isabel's wishes in for the day before the school bus came.  Easy Peasy.  Oohh. what are her fears???  She worries about stuff that ain't never gonna happen.  Be rejected for play from either one of the dogs...and they get sprayed.  pfft.  Her big handsome daddy greceived his wishes in the same way.

Ahh looky who come over to play.  Neytiri Burb!  Hiya NeyNey!  The girls have the same hair-do.  Neytiri didn't hang around quite long enough for them to become friends.

Being an especially mean Sim, Isabel requires an immense amount of time to get her mood high enough to do homework.  Some evenings she misses doing her homework because of it.  Here her dad helps her get caught up.

Well had good luck with the litter born on Monday.  Three pups.  Now we are back down to one.  This is Molly thinking about her mum.  The snow is over her head.  She was sent to the adoption pool right away.

Silver is taking after his two sisters Sharon and Sunflower and began writing books.....to sit under the sunlamp all night.  When not revving up his creative writing juices, Silver celebrated the fact that Spring had sprung and his thoughts turned to love.  Luckily Silver was in gold aspiration so could fulfill the wish "Ask Sim On Date". Woohoo!!!! And so it was. The date commenced and progressed naturally, Silver getting in the rest of his wishes on his own.

A nice bonus!  Goooo Brittany!  This being a one income household means they have not amassed the fortune their neighbors have.  This bumped them up over 100K.

By now it was Saturday, which meant a trip to the park.  Seriously, no one had been invited on an outing at this house all week.  These guys decided to get out and see a little  bit of Bluewater.  Love Hunter's Park.

Brittany cooked burgers right away, as everyone was hungry.  Except Silver that is...he decided to work on his fishing badge.  Brittany is sitting with Bessie Broke, daughter of Beau Broke.  Looky who is watching them eat...why it is Benjamin Stompel.  The man who married Contessa Kari Oldie and became a great family with her.  Man, that guy even goes to the park in his socks.  To each his own!

Isabel ate her burger with this townie.  Her name is Jasmyn Mankowitz.  She is known to show up to date the teen boys in the neighborhood.

Gratuitous fishing pictures.  Looks like Isabel won a fear!  Wonder what kind of fears get realized while fishing???

Silver Maple had not won any wishes all day, so Ask a Sim on a Date it was.  All wishes in....looky at Ben fishing.  This means next time his house is visited he will have fish in his backpack.

Saturday was Isabel's cake up day, so everyone trudged home to get some rest before the party.

A couple of party crashers....Dustin Broke and this townie kid who is shouting.  OOhh who is that other Sim?

Ricki!  Put away your game.  Your sister is having her birthday.

Ricki:  Huh? Isabel is having a birthday???

Fortune - Become a Prestidigitator

*Sigh*.  Another one in the neighborhood.  At any rate the party was a succcess.  !  :)

Sunday sees Brittany working on Fitness.

The gymn dude came and offered her a membership to his gym.  She took it!  On Friday Silver Maple gained the hobby plaque for Film and Lit after only 2.5 books.  It took his sister Sunflower 3.5 books to get it.

Isabel arose past 10:00 am having stayed up late partying the nigh before.  Her first day as a teen she wished for:  Get into Private School, win Entrepreneurs award,  and buy two paintings.  Nope on the paintings.  Her fears:  Be rejected for Ask Sim On Date, get burgled, and Raspberry the dog get sprayed.  A Headmaster call was made.  He was coming at 5 pm that day.

One call out for a date, one fear realized.  Woo.

 Brittany left for work, sure that Isabel and Silver Maple could handle the Headmaster.  And they did.  Whilst Isabel greeted Mr. Jitmakusol and showed him around the house, Silver Maple having 10 skill points in cooking made blackened catfish for dinner.

It was a pleasant visit.  The food was perfect and Mr. Jitmakusol really liked Isabel, since she was a Fortune Sim and all.  Would really need that education!

And it was done!  Isabel was in, winning her one and only wish for the day.

This visit is wrapped up with Silver Maple reaching yet another milestone.  Winning the silver badge in fishing, and the hobby plaque in Nature as well.  Good for you Silver Maple!  It was easier for him as a PlantSim, I suppose!

Was a fun play as usual!  Here is how it wrapped up!

Silver Maple was especially active this round with accomplishments!  He won 2 hobby plaques...film and lit, and nature.  He worked to a silver badge in fishing as well,  Although no pics were taken, he also spent time shoring up friendships, and worked a PT job in medicine.  Brittany finally reached TOC in Music, and was given a nice bonus for doing her job.  Isabel was quite a handful as a child being so mean, but turns out she loves to clean!  And did a lot of it!  She aged up without incident and decided to be a Prestidigitator.  She wished to gain admittance to Private School which was done.  That wish was replaced with Go To University.  She will no doubt be going.  The breeders Raspberry and Pumpkin produced only 5 puppies this round for the adoption pool. The last pup, Buddy, was born during the Headmaster visit.  What timing!  Pumpkin is now too old to have any more babies, both dogs will be allowed to stay and live out their lives.  The dog pen gate was unlocked so they can go where ever they want!  But they still stay in the pen.

Ending Wishes/Fears:

Brittany - Still fearful that friends will be her enemies.  Malcom Landgraab, townie Ericka Charvat, and townie Joe Carr.  Brittany is 61 years old.  She will live another two or three rounds, her life meter only has a fat sliver used. 

Silver Maple - Wishes - Isabel gets a scholarship, be flirted with, be BFF with his brother Birch, and command Raspberry to Come Here.  Fears - Be rejected for ask sim on date, kiss, and flirt.  Silver Maple is 60.  Will be interesting to watch his aging since he is not accelerating his aspiration bar. 

Isabel - Wishes - Get hand held game, make money, win Quigley Visual Arts Stipend, and catch fireflies.  Fears - Raspberry gets sprayed, be rejected for play with Rasberry, and get rejected for Ask Sim on Date.

Alice grows up in 7 days, or cakes up in 6.  She will definitely be caking up.   She is the second child of Sunflower and Mitch.  Their oldest is Robert Wolosenko, who has already moved out of the house, and into his own place.  We will see him later, tater.

First wishes/fears:  Go out with Gavin Newson Randy London or Sammy Dreamer, reach cooking 1.  Fears - All these animals get spayed by a skunk:  Cary the cat, and the Lothario's dogs Barbie and Bonzo.  pfft.

Louis Wolosenko

Fortune - Become a Prestigitator

The third child of Sunflower and Mitch.  He ages up in 8 days, or cakes up in 7.  (you notice a snafu with the aging between him and his sister...will explain).

First wishes/fears:  Get a kitten, get a puppy or kitten, get a pet, and sneak out with Clarence (Clare) Pleasant.  Fears - EA dog Maxx is sprayed by a skunk, FIRE!, and John Burb becomes a zombie.

Brian popped out of the wishing well as a Uni YA for plantsim Sharon.  He is prem plat, and  will age up to elder in 3 days or cake up in 2.  Not sure why he is dressed as a Prestigitator, perhaps he came home from work with a Sim on a different lot in the same industry.

Fears:  Use a public toilet, death of Brian, and get sick.  Funny, her wishes show a bunch of GCS wishes, but she isn't a GCS.  Hmmmm.... Do plantsims get sick??

Annie Jordan

Knowledge - Become a Space Pirate

 Annie is the only child of Sharon and Brian.  (ASimWen just noticed the name "Ann" or any variation of it appears several times in this hood.....)  Anyway...

First Wishes/Fears  - Get cooking 1, sneak out with Sammy Dreamer and paperboy Alon Livingston, and go out with Sammy Dreamer.  Fears - dog Demelza gets sparyed by a skunk, death of Alon, and be rejected for dance by Alon.

Last round was a bunch of birthdays.....Mitch, Sunflower, and Robert all grew up, and Robert moved out.   Play was a "walking on eggshells" type play as the family was seriously borked.  All the kids except Robert were not aged properly.  They had aged to teen at the end of round 6, and had appeared throughout the hood normally.  However upon entering the lot in round 7,  they walked, talked and acted like children. From blog entry round 7:

"Then I noticed their aspirations were 'grow up' and their age was on teen as zero days past.  They aged up to teen toward the end of last round.  Robert, the oldest of everyone, was fine and in the house.  He grew up before the neighborhood corruption all those years ago.  Noted that plantsim Sharon had black hair.  Also the plantsim sisters did not have all their wish slots filled in.  Immediately shut the game down and opened SimPE.  These three kids, Alice, Louis, and Annie were listed as "child" with two days to go to grow up.  I changed their settings to "teen" with as many days to grow up to adult as I could discern by reading last round.  Saved."

Moved them to a big smart ranch style house.  Now....SimPE has their ages listed correctly, but the game UI has them all growing up in 8 days.  I am going to try to grow them all up at the end of the round and see how it goes.  As I have mentioned in chapters past, the aging controller in this neighborhood is broken so I have to watch this really close.

Anyway, LET'S PLAY...and keep our fingers crossed!

Our woohooers this round are Mitch and Sunflower.  Go you guys.  Mitch had to drag out of bed and go off to work still wanting more woohoo, as Sunflower as well.  It will have to wait.

Checking memories, I note that both Sunflower and Sharon remember their brother Grass dying.  (death by flies).  Sad.

Upon returning home from school, Louis still had all his pet wishes.  OOohh adopting a kitten will knock out three wishes for him.   YaaaaY!  Done.

Even though it was Louis that called Animal Control, the officer leaves Jack Goth with Annie.  heh

Speaking of Annie, she gained the cooking skill point she wished for...then wished for two more and she had her three wishes in for the day.  Woo.

Alice realized her wish to go out with Sammy Dreamer...it was the only wish she had filled.  But it was worth 1,000 points.  Sammy technically is at Uni and has been placed in a dorm, but ASimWen has not entered the lot yet to grow him up.  Haha showed up in an old rusty car....poor college student!

Brian promoted!  Close to his LTW.  He needs a couple of charisma points to finish out, and began to work on that.

The PlantSims tend to throw themselves on a project under a plant light.  Last round Sharon won the hobby plaque in Film and Lit..this round she is working on robotics.  Ohhhh looky who it is.  It is Ida (Burb) McCarthy.  Her parents are the deceased John and Jennifer Burb.  She came over after work with Brian.  She really likes Jack Goth.

ALRIGHT!!!!  Who hopped on the telescope when ASimWen wasn't looking????  (no one in this house is eligible to have an alien baby.... boo!)

Old lady Sunflower.  hahahaha! She looks MAD.

Poor Mitch immediately peered through the telescope to look for his wife.
 

She was returned safely right before sunrise, starving for sunlight.  Everyone was relieved she was returned still alive.

Again for these guys.  Rinse, repeat.

It was time for Brian's birthday.

And this day ASimWen was relieved that everyone seemed to have easy wishes to fulfill and was gayly going from this Sim to that Sim fulfilling easy low key wishes..then remembered the new rules.  Only applies to Sims not in platinum mood...three wishes a day up to a max of 1,500 pts, and for all Sims: at least one fear.  Everyone was in platinum mood except Louis. Darn it.

Louis wanted to play the violin..no idea why.  And Alice wanted to have some hobby talk.  She was already platinum.  *sigh*

Sharon gained a gold in robotics...and Mitch slipped down in to gold and was able to ask Sunflower out on a date.  The date commenced...and ASimWen just let them go at it knowing Mitch would get his wishes in all by himself.

Louis finds this girl hawt.  Woo...a three bolt attraction!  Who is it???  Well she shows up in just about every lot but ASimWen never gets a good picture of her face.  This is Brandi Broke, daughter of Charles Broke, who is the baby (now deceased) Brandi is pregnant with when the hood is opened for first play.  Got a picture of her face right here.  Pretty girl.

At this point ASimWen forgot it was Brian's birthday and had Mitch call out:

Yup.  Headmaster during a birthday.  Well well well.  Reckon this will be fun.  Normally don't do Headmaster if it isn't being wished for, but thought what the heck.  Let's do it to these kids who are meaner than a rattlesnakes.

The kids got off the bus, of course towing along a fist full of friends with them.  Nope.  Go home.  Thank you.  3 rounds each of red hands put everyone in a good mood.  One thing about Private School, they aren't in such bad moods when they come home from school.

At 5 o'clock put Brian began cooking blackened catfish because he had the highest cooking skill.  It was a near disaster.

Annie was the first one to finish her homework so she started showing Mr. Jitmakusol around.  While that was happening, Brian realized he wanted a birthday cake and put the finished catfish on the floor to blow out his candles.

Annie ducked into the kitchen to watch her dad have his birthday....the Mr. Jitmakusol feeling abandoned during the house tour. But thank goodness he understood and allowed it to continue.

The two PlantSims hung out in the living room while the mortals ate dinner.  Mitch was feeling a little sad his wife wasn't there.

Yaaaay!  It all worked out after all.  The kids are in like flynn.

Mitch is technologically challenged....really hates sending emails.  But he managed at least one.

A couple of memberships won..YAY for Brian getting into My Muse.  Now maybe can get some dance refusal fears realized.  And Sunflower is taking after her sister Sharon becoming an author.  Sad though, her first book wasn't a best seller and only made it to the paperback list.

 The kids heading out for their first day in their new uniforms.

 Sharon arrives home and ages up.  Nobody to witness except a stray dog.  Doggie be like, don't worry you are still pretty.    She goes inside the house and is immediately cheered up with an inside joke from Louis.  If you are watching aspiration points, gotta watch that "tell inside joke" one.  Louis realized 750 points from it, but then immediately realized another 5,000 for "get good reputation".  I didn't even see it on his panel.

Alrightie then.  Time to get a dance fear realized.  Brian is the victim.  Ooohh who is that in the red sweater?  It is none other than Fred Goth, who is a glutton for dance punishment, apparently.  Brian doesn't know Fred.  Asked him to dance and got a great big ol' NO.  No fear realized...Lose Dance contest was locked in, and he lost.  Realizing a fear.  Fred didn't win either...same ol' same ol' for him.  Hey, he lost points even though he wasn't playable!  woo!

Hey looky at that.  Jack Goth the cat has grown up.  He is cute.

It is a day for celebration!  Not only did Jack grow up....but....

New LTW - Graduate 3 Children from College (no)

Mitch has finally reached the top of his career.  He has worked more than half his life for one career.  Get a look at that cheesy grin.  Still wearing his grocery delivery hat.

It was a good day all around.  Sharon brought home a big bonus!

New LTW - Eat 200 Grilled Cheese Sandwiches  (???)

Brian reached TOC!  Yay for Brian!  *another* Prestdigitator in the family!  Through playing this family, ASimWen has actually memorized how to spell "prestdigitator".

Brian was rewarded by having a skill point taken from him by his wife Sharon.  But that was ok....he forgave her and gave her a kiss.

By now it was Saturday, and a trip to the park was in order.

Annie made burgers on the grill (see her sitting behind the grill with Space Pirate Anna Broke).  Alice sat with her uncle Brian.  With a creepy townie staring at them eat.

Louis had a hankerin' to sling the fishing rod....

These two didn't even make it down into the park.  They hung out on the sidewalk makin' out.

Ah here he is.  Sharon sat down to play chess with this guy.  Look closely at his face, everyone.  His face is very familiar....his mom is the now deceased Brandi Broke.....He is Charles Broke, the father of the younger Brandi Broke seen earlier back at the house.  Oh my...what a baby face!

The outing was a big success.  Back at the house...

Annie decided to do a little spying...she was not pleased with the outcome.

Time to try to work in a couple of fears...off to My Muse.  It is a hotbed of dreams dashed on the rocks.

Mitch:  Daisy, will you dance with me?

Daisy:  NO!

Sharon:  Daisy, will you dance with me?

Daisy:  NO!

Brian:  Daisy will you....

Daisy:  NOooOOOooO!

So that was that.  Alexander Goth's wife Daisy didn't want to dance with nobody.

OOoh looky at this!  It must be Sunday.  With all the troubles in this hood with the aging controller, this will be interesting to see if these girls age up properly!

Alice blew her candles out first and turned around to age up.  There was an uncomfortably long pause. ASimWen began to sweat bullets.

There she is!!!!!  Gonna have to get rid of that hat.  Annie turned around to age up.

She grew up fine!!!  Her case of acne miraculously cleared up!  She needs a makeover too!

Woah-ho!  What happened here????  (good, but what happened??)  As soon as the cakes were cut everyone suddenly realized a fear.

As far as ASimWen could tell, Jack Goth was scratching on the furniture.  There were fears occasionally that Jack would do this, and he apparently did it when the fears where showing.  I tend to ignore the pet fears because there really isn't any control over them.

Alice's makeover.  Her grow up outfit is great...she looks good in the blue, and so got a hairstyle with blue accessories and has blue in her earrings, eye shadow tinged in blue.

On her way to the makeup mirror Annie stopped to cry.  Oh poor little Knowledge Sim who did not go to University.  Girlfriend, you never wished for it.  Not once.  You live in the Wishes neighborhood where you have to let someone know you want to go.    Go on, git now.  Face the makeup mirror.

Oh you sexy schmexy thang you.  Did this cheer you up?  (She doesn't even look like the same Sim!)

And we end this visit with the Wolosenko/Jordans with Sunflower earning the hobby plaque in Film and Lit after writing 3.5 books.  Well done!

Summary:

This was tons of fun as usual.  These three kids; Annie, Alice and Louis are all very mean.  Louis and Alice only have one nice point and Annie has two.  Hey, she is twice as nice as Louis and Alice! We start out with Mitch and Sunflower doin' the woohoo thing....two days in a row.  Eventually after working toward the goal all his literal Sim life, Mitch finally reached the lofty goal of Hall of Famer.  Mitch could relax now.  Brian also reached TOC, just the latest in a string of accomplishments for him.  The PlantSim sisters were quite productive.  Sunflower was a brilliant author and wrote three and a half books gaining the hobby plaque in Film and Lit, Sharon earned the gold badge in robotics and brought home a nice work bonus of 25K. Oh yes and of course Sunflower was abducted. (Fun!) The kids all received admittance into Private School which made the knowledge Sim Annie extremely happy.  It was incredible that Annie never wished to go to University, or that none of them wished to date.  All they wanted to do when they came home from school was give each other noogies, dance to the stereo, or play with the new family member Jack Goth the cat whom Louis wished for.  The two girls grew up without incident, and there area no beaus in mind for them.  We will see what happens in the future!  Hopefully the aging snafu on this lot is taken care of.  Fears were realized when it was possible.

Ending Fears/wishes:

Mitch - Fears - Be rejected for Ask Sim on Date, dance or toss football.  Mitch is 65 years now, his life meter about half way filled up.

Sunflower - Be rejected for Ask Sim on Date, and ask Sim on outing, and be rejected for "give love to Jack Goth"  heh I  guess a cat can reject love....OUCH DON'T PET MY STOMACH.  Sunflower is 67 years old, but her life meter isn't as fiull as Mitch's.  Hmmmm....

Brian- Be rejected for dance and play catch, and burn food.  Brian is a spritely 58 years young.  Long time to go.

Sharon - All for Jack Goth:  Jack Goth leaves the family, gets sprayed by a skunk, and get rejected for give love to.  Sharon is 67 days old.

Alice - Strange....Alice and Annie are both perm plat for no reason.  No TOC, no full aspiration meter.  Checked last visit to see if maybe they got it from the genie lamp, but no.  Anyway, fears are all Jack Goth centered:  that Jack scratches the furniture, gets sprayed by a skunk, and that she get rejected for play with Jack. Ages up in 29 days.

Annie - Fears - Demelza (dog she met on another lot) gets sprayed by a skunk, Jack gets sprayed by a skunk, and she gets rejected for give love to Jack.  Just don't try to pet his stomach.  Ages up in 29 days.

Louis:  Is the only non plat Sim on the lot.  Wishes:  Hobby talk, sell a masterpeice, play violin, and scold Jack Goth.  Fears - Jack scratches the furniture, sell a bad painting, and get rejected for toss football.  Louis will age up first thing next visit.
